  This store refuses to provide refunds on purchases. There are no signs saying this, but the customer service provider, Liv, that I encountered refused to refund my $29.95 purchase. I think this is bad. On their website they state, "We are very proud to share with our customers collections that we have found, used and loved ourselves." Yet I think this policy shows an obvious lack of respect for their customers, particularly to those tourists who may not be able to spend their 'store credit' that they offer instead of a refund. If they would put up a sign stating that there will be no refunds then this will be much better. Then customers can see their store policy upfront. It will then be easier to understand that the customer service they provide is only concerned with obtaining purchases, knowing that once they have the customer's money, they wont be able to spend it anywhere else.

  Great little store! The shop attendant was really friendly and suggested some wonderful local places to visit during our stay. We picked up a beautiful hammock which will forever remind us of our special trip to beautiful bangalow!
